Study Room Policies

ROOMS ARE TO BE VACATED 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE BUILDING CLOSES.

  1. Users are allowed up to 18 hours per week with 6 hours per day
  2. In Medium (1 patron) & Large (1 patron) study-rooms.
  3. Rooms may be reserved up to 60 days in advance.
  4. Drink containers must have lids.
  5. Do not leave personal belongings unattended; as they will be removed by building security upon the request of another patron wishing to use the room. To report unattended items, call (317) 274-0472.
  6. Please leave the room looking the way you found it.
    • Place all trash in receptacles
  7. Students must report to the 4th floor Technology Service Desk if any defect or damage is done to the equipment.
  8. A reserved rooms will be re-assigned if a student has not arrived with 15 minutes of their reservation start time to allow others an opportunity to use the space.
