Congressional Research Service reports are compiled for members of the US Congress.  They provide valuable information on the legislative process in the House, rules of procedure and the current operation of government.

The missions of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are to prevent terrorist attacks within the United States, to reduce America's vulnerability to terrorism, and to minimize the damage from potential attacks and natural disasters. 

Financial Crimes Enforcement Network
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is a network, a means of bringing people and information together to fight the complex problem of money laundering.  The FinCEN works to maximize information sharing among law enforcement agencies and its other partners in the regulatory and financial communities. 

Global Terrorism Analysis - The Jamestown Foundation
Global Terrorism Analysis is produced by The Jamestown Foundation.  Since September 11, 2003, Jamestown has been publishing Terrorism Monitor, a bi-weekly journal providing in-depth, objective analysis on al-Qaeda and the War on Terror.  Spotlight on Terror is an occasional publication with interviews, special features or analysis of breaking news.  Terrorism Focus began publication in August 2004 as a bi-weekly complement to Terrorism Monitor and has since found a niche in providing timely analysis on events in global terrorism, with extensive translation and assessments of jihad on the web.

RAND - Terrorism and Homeland Security
This is the website of the Terrorism and Homeland Security section of the RAND Corporation.  The site includes all unclassified research online.  The homepage provide links to the Terrorism Incident Database Project maintained by RAND and the Oklahoma City National Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism, and the Voices of Jihad Database, and online database of speeches, interviews, statements, and publications of jihadist leaders, foot soldiers, and sympathizers.
