American Journal of Criminal Justice
The American Journal of Criminal Justice, sponsored by the Southern Criminal Justice Association, focuses on a wide array of criminal justice topics and issues. This includes criminal justice process, the formal and informal interplay between system components, problems and solutions experienced by various segments, innovative practices, policy development and implementation, evaluative research, the players engaged in these enterprises, and a wide assortment of other related interests. Criminal Justice and Behavior: An International Journal
This journal presents original research, theoretical contributions, and information on innovative programs and practices, as well as critical reviews of literature or theory on topics central to criminal justice and behavior, including classification and treatments of offenders, causes of delinquent and criminal behavior, prevention, intervention, and treatment programs. It also deals with the psychological aspects of criminal behavior.
Criminal Justice Ethics
Criminal Justice Ethics is a semi-annual journal designed to focus greater attention on ethical issues in criminal justice by philosophers, criminal justice professionals, lawyers and judges, and the general public. Its editorial scope includes topics relating to the police, the courts, corrections, and issues in legal philosophy.
Criminology
This journal is interdisciplinary in nature, devoted to crime and deviant behavior, as found in sociology, psychology, design, systems analysis, and decision theory as applied to crime and criminal justice. The major emphasis is on empirical research and scientific methodology, and articles reporting on the original research are given priority. Articles which review the literature or deal with theoretical issues stated in the literature are also dealt with and suggest the types of investigation which might properly be carried out in the future. The Journal of Criminal Justice is an international journal intended to fill the present need for the dissemination of new information, ideas and methods, to both practitioners and academicians in the criminal justice area. Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology
As it has done for the past ninety-four years, the Journal continues to provide a forum for dialogue and debate on current criminal law and criminology issues. The Journal remains one of the most widely read and widely cited publications in the world. It is the second most widely subscribed journal published by any law school in the country. JQ is a refereed, multi-disciplinary journal featuring articles that address issues of crime and criminal justice. FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin
