Lifelong Learning Workshop for Librarians
IUPUI University Library, Indianapolis, IN.

The IUPUI University Library and the Indianapolis Museum of Art Education Department presented an opportunity March 6, 2001 for librarians to learn about the IUPUI/IMA Community Project and the project resources available to librarians for lifelong learning programming/activities. Participants learned how to access and use the project's online image and text resources. In addition, Troy Smythe, from the Indianapolis Museum of Art Education Department offered a session on Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS). The workshop was sponsored by the IMLS National Leadership Grant awarded to IUPUI University Library, therefore, no registration or workshop fee was required. Lunch was provided for participants. Up to 20 people were accommodated.
