ABSTRACT

Office of Faculty Appointments and Advancement (FAA), formerly called the Office of Academic Policies, Procedures, and Documentation (APPD), operated as part of the IUPUI Office of the Dean of the Faculties, and served as the faculty records office as well as developed and communicated policies relating to faculty, and faculty promotion and tenure. The office also coordinates the development of courses and curricula for schools and departments of IUPUI. In [2005?] APPD was transferred to the Office for Professional Development. The office changed its name from APPD to FAA in 2007.

Records include correspondence, minutes, reports, publications, and other materials.
