Potential Print Errors

 

If you see the error message, “Communication Error – please try again. Server Closed Connection”.

 

Please just swipe your Jagtag once more. This normally appears the first time the print release station is used that day. It’s part of a sleep mode the print enters overnight.

 


 

 

Any error message stating “Diebold”, this typically is an issue with the Jagtag card itself. Please contact Jagtag (317-274-5177). You’ll need to provide your card number. They will verify your card was activated properly or did not become demagnetized. 

 


 

NEVER LOG IN TO THE PRINT RELEASE STATION IF YOU SEE IT AT THE LOGIN PROMPT. JUST RESTART THE PRINT RELEASE STATION
