ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ON UNIVERSITY LIBRARY FAXING:
- What is electronic faxing?
A digital faxing solution that allows patrons to have documents easily scanned and faxed to their recipient in a matter of minutes.
Where do I go to send the fax?
Please go to the 2nd floor Circulation desk to have your fax scanned and sent.
- How can I receive a fax?
To receive a fax, provide the following number to the sender: 317-663-1013. After the document has been sent, you can pick it up at the 2nd floor Circulation Desk. The cost is $1 per page.
- How do I pay for it?
You can pay for your fax at the 2nd Floor Circulation Desk. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.
- How much does this cost?
A flat fee of $1.00 per page applies to both local and long distance faxes.
Can I send an International Fax?
International faxing is not available at this time
Can I send a fax to an extension number?
This option is not available. Your best option is to add the extension number to your cover sheet.
How do I know if my fax was sent?
We will ask for your email address. Once the fax has properly been submitted, an email will be sent to you.
