Criteria for Proposals

Proposals for the ULIB/DLIS research conference will be evaluated given the following criteria. Criteria are ranked in order of importance; therefore, more importance is placed on the assessed quality of the theoretical framework or methodology proposed than the potential to advance the state of the art and/or knowledge of the field.

IUPUI University Library and DLIS Joint Conference on Research, Scholarship, and Practice 2014

On March 28, 2014 the IUPUI University Library and the Department of Library and Information Science, School of Informatics and Computing will host the annual Joint Research Conference.  Dr. John Bertot who is a professor and Co-Director of the Information Policy and Access Center at the University of Maryland will be the keynote speaker. Following the keynote, presentations and poster session will be presented by LIS Students and professional librarians.
